So glad you’re here! I’m a Registered Dietitian who has always loved “all things food.” And when I say all things food, I don’t just mean that I enjoy thumbing through old recipe books and trying trademark foods when I travel—I believe wholeheartedly there’s a place for all foods on the plate, lining the pantry shelves, and inside the refrigerator. Food is important. And so is your peace when you eat it. Or shop for it. Or prepare it.
