About Tori Crawford White, MS, RD, LD
Owner, Registered Dietitian
I received my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Texas Tech University and completed my Dietetic Internship and Master’s degree there, as well. I am currently a registered and licensed dietitian happily practicing in Austin, TX.
At a very young age, I discovered a love for what I like to call “all things food” (in other words cooking, baking, recipe development, and such). That love inspired me to seek out opportunities all over the world to learn about food and people, and the relationship between the two. I gained experience in different settings, including work in specialty cookware retail, community food banks, and several units in an inpatient hospital. Each of these helped me realize how strongly I believe in building meaningful working relationships with those I serve.
I enjoy working with all ages, as well as with families and couples. I believe strongly that the conversation around nutrition is always two-way—there is value in what everyone has to say. My practice is anchored in a HAES® non-diet approach to food, one that focuses more on the food itself and less on labeling it “healthy” or “unhealthy.” Ultimately it’s a balanced approach to food that promotes lasting mental and physical health. As a Christian, I will gladly incorporate faith into sessions at the discretion of each client. It is my absolute joy to help others reclaim the freedom that everyone deserves around food.
Before beginning to practice at the outpatient level of care in 2018, I had three and half years of experience in eating disorder treatment centers in the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care, supporting clients and their families as they pursued recovery. This was invaluable in cultivating the skills to provide nutrition counseling, lead groups focused on everyday nutrition challenges, and collaborate with other health professionals to optimize care. I look forward to working together to rediscover the joy in all things food!

About Maison Mote Padron MS, RD, LD
Registered Dietitian
I am a registered and licensed dietitian based in Austin, TX, near my alma mater. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin as part of the Integrated Coordinated Program in Dietetics, earning both a BS and MS in Nutrition. During my supervised practice hours, I gained insight into various fields of dietetics and discovered that the foundation of our work begins with cultivating positive relationships with food and debunking the many nutrition misconceptions flooding our minds on social media.
My genuine love for food began during my study abroad experience when I learned how fun all foods can be– especially when shared with others. These experiences inspired me to be creative in the kitchen at home and appreciate the various ways we can fuel our bodies across different life stages. This profound joy and creativity around food is the heartbeat of my work and my hope for others to experience.
I integrate a HAESⓇ, non-diet, and all-foods-fit perspective in all of my work for sustainable outcomes that allow for lifelong joy around food! I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds seeking to heal their relationship with food and movement. As a believer in the hope of the gospel, I am delighted to incorporate Christian values into sessions upon request. I believe fostering a positive relationship with food begins early on, which is why I am especially eager to work with mothers prior to conception, throughout pregnancy, and postpartum.
When I am not in the office or the kitchen, you’ll find me spending time with friends and family, soaking up the sunshine, or moving my body through hiking or running. My excitement towards movement coupled with my love for food fuels my passion for helping others achieve a balanced approach to life that suits their individualized needs.
